So here's what I'm curious about: at the end you asked people for feedback about the post. What feedback did they give? Is it about writing? Is it about understanding your own weaknesses? I'm always interested in how people use editors.
Thanks! I wrote it for two reasons. One, two create a record of what happened so I could think through what I might do differently next time. Two, as an excuse to follow up with hiring manager. To my surprise, he read it and gave good feedback. The main reasons I didn’t get it was they want someone who has scaled very large and complex platforms, and who can be a good mentor for juniors.
